    Polite staff and the place was fairly clean. The location to a church and a gallery set in front of the hotel was great and stunning. Tried some takeout specials at Museo del Jamon, luckily it was at a walking distance from the venue.

    Truly enjoyed the room with a 'private bathroom', my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was very good. The entire staff were very amiable and incredibly kind. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a huge plaza was incredible.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

    The decoration of the room was lovely and added to the romantic atmosphere of our trip. We appreciated the ability to leave our luggage before check-in time, giving us more time to explore the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions and transportation.

    There were no hand towels and no cups in the bathroom, making it difficult to wash up or enjoy a cup of water. the blanket provided had an odd odor that detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

    The decor in the rooms was lovely, it made me feel like I was in a trendy apartment. the location was great, it was really close to the sights and attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

    There was no common area or communal kitchen which was disappointing. the room I stayed in was a bit small and I could hear noises from other rooms.
